From the warm welcome we received upon our late arrival to the lovely and relaxed vibe throughout, this gem in Cancun's downtown area exceeded all expectations. the pool area, terrace, and interiors were thoughtfully decorated, offering a peaceful oasis in the bustling city. Monica, the host, made our experience exceptional with her kindness and attention to detail, including delicious homemade breakfast options. the spacious double room with a private entrance and garden views was cozy and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Monica's son's restaurant recommendation nearby was a culinary delight, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Situated within walking distance of restaurants and amenities, the Quetzal is a perfect choice for those seeking a tranquil and authentic Cancun experience.
